- The subject of the public procurement is the preparation and delivery of ready-made food for foreigners seeking international protection, accommodated in the territory of DAB divisions at the MS - ROC - Sofia, ROC - Harmanli, ROC - Banya and Shopping Center - s. Pastrogor.
The total estimated value of the order is BGN 22,734,128 excluding VAT, incl.. option for additional services BGN 6,822,770 excluding VAT.
The deadline for the performance of the services for all individual positions is 24 months or until the financial resource is exhausted, whichever condition occurs first.
The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the term of the contract. for all vol. positions up to 12 months, starting fromthe date of the conclusion of the additional agreement or until reaching the unexploited financial resource, in the event that 1 month before the expiration of the term of the dog. has unspent fin. resource on it.
The procurement is financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund 2021-2027. Due in part to Frsecure financing, the order is announced on condition of Art. 114 of ZOP.
