• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is the supply of reagents and consumables for the Clinical Laboratory at the St. Ivan Rilski Medical Center EOOD, Dupnitsa city upon prior request, according to the specification attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure. The deadline for execution of the order is 24 (twenty-four) months, with periodic deliveries depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The delivery term is at the participant's suggestion in calendar days, no longer than 5 calendar days from receipt of written request from the Contracting Authority. The procedure covers 10 separate positions, including sub-positions, and bids can be submitted comprehensively for all separate positions or for each one of them. A bidder may offer a dedicated position by covering absolutely all subheadings in the specific heading. The participant submits only one offer, according to the conditions specified in the participation documentation, and no variants are allowed. The offered reagents and consumables should meet the parameters laid down in the specification prepared by the Contracting Authority and to be fully compatible with the relevant device. To its technical proposal, each participant should attach the following document, which is an integral part of it - Authorization letter, valid on the date of submission of the offer, by the manufacturer or its representative or an authorized person, issued in the name of the participant, granting the participant the right to trade in its products.
