- "Delivery of research equipment for the needs of the Institute of Microbiology" Stefan Angelov " - Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) of 11 (eleven) lots.
The scope of this public procurement includes delivery, installation, installation and commissioning and training of Representatives of the contracting authority for working with 11 (eleven) types of equipment, divided into 11 (eleven) separate positions, with the specific conditions specified in the technical specification for the respective lot. In the obligations of the Contractor, warranty maintenance of the equipment is included within the warranty period proposed by the participant.
The warranty support of the equipment within the warranty period shall take into account the obligation to provide at its own expense and at its own risk the performance of free replacement of all defective parts of the delivered equipment, as well as removal of the removal of hidden defects in the apparatus, within the framework of its warranty liability, and which did not arose according to the fault of the contracting authority or of third parties.
