Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor (s) for periodic supplies of scientific literature issued by Bulgarian and foreign publishers (hereinafter referred to as "editions") for the needs of the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov"-Varna, in two separate positions, according to the technical positions Specification (Annex 1).
The amount of requested editions is determined by the contracting authority depending on the specific needs and financial security. The quantities specified The documentation is estimated to be for the respective lot, for the term of the contract and will serve in evaluation of the tenders. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the specified amounts of the editions according to its needs and financial security.
Each participant must submit an offer For all nomenclatures included in the technical specification (Annex No. 1) for the respective lot. Each participant may submit an offer for one or all positions. The award contract will be concluded for each of the positions individually.
The estimated quantities subject to delivery for a separate Item # 1 are 116 editions, a total of 1 726 issues of Bulgarian publishers and for a lot 2 are 149 editions, a total of 210 pieces of foreign publishers.
