- The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of 650 (six hundred and fifty) sleeping bags, representing goods reserved under the list of goods and services under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Law on Public Procurement (PPA)", adopted by Decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 591 of 18.07.2016, intended for awarding specialialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities or for businesses whose main activity is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or people in a disadvantaged position. Pursuant to Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code and Art. 80, para. 1 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Employment Service (PPPPA), the order is "reserved".
