The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of spare parts for the needs of the "Rhodopi" TP - listed in the technical specification, annex to this procedure.
In those specified in the Technical Specification to the participation documentation types of vehicles, it is possible that a change may occur during the term of the contract as a result of scrapping, purchase, etc. In case this happens and TP DGS If "Rodopi" acquires and starts operating new vehicles during the term of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to deliver and replace parts, details, materials and consumables for the newly acquired vehicles.
Spare parts, materials and supplies supplied must match the relevant make and model and be original, new, unused and unrecycled. They must meet the quality requirements in the Republic of Bulgaria, be accompanied by a certificate of origin and quality, as well as be accompanied by a guarantee of no less than 12 months in operating mode. The deadline for delivery of spare parts, materials and consumables is no later than 72 hours from the day of the request by the Contracting Authority. If there is a need to deliver spare parts requested by the Employer that are not available in the warehouse, the delivery deadline is no later than from 5 working days from making a request.
All costs related to the delivery of spare parts and consumables are at the Contractor's expense.
