- Delivery includes parts for tractors, excavators, machines for performing excavation and other machines. The articles are the subject of the public procurement in detail in the technical specification (Annex No. 1) of the documentation for participation. Delivery will be made after a written request from TPShiroka Polyana State Forestry. The items delivered should be new and unused. The participant selected as a contractor is obliged to supply the contracting authority to the contracting authority, in addition to those listed in the tech specification to the procedure, and the price of them will be formed on the basis of the actual to the acting toThe time of delivery of the participant's price list, with the application of a percentage of commercial discount indicated by the participant in his price offer (Annex No. 5). The indication of a percentage of commercial discount in the bid of the participant is mandatory and remains unchanged for the whole term of the contract!
