• Description:
• The current public procurement is for the supply and warranty support of specialized equipment, computer equipment and peripheral devices for the needs of an outsourced training base of the Shumen University to the Regional STEM Center in the village of Yastrebino, in place of execution of delivery: Shumen, 115 "Universitetska" St. - Building 1. The public procurement is divided into 7 (seven) separate items (OP) with a total estimated value of EUR 63,753.22. without VAT. The amount of 20% of the total estimated value of the order excl VAT is EUR 12,750.64, which includes the total estimated value of individual items from No. 4 to No. 7 in the amount of EUR 11,677.89 without VAT. On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, the contracting authority will assign OP No. 4, OP No. 5, OP No. 6 and OP No. 7 in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, since their total estimated value without VAT does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the order and the value of each of the specified separate items does not exceed BGN 156,464.00. The individual estimated values ​​of each of the specified separate items from No. 4 to No. 7 fall within the value threshold under Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PPA and the same will be awarded directly. The residual value of the order in the amount of EUR 52,075.33 excluding VAT, which is the total estimated value of OP No. 1, OP No. 2 and OP No. 3, is assigned through an open procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the PLO, announced in the CAIS EOP Platform.
