• Description:
• The subject of the order covers the delivery of new, unused specialized equipment, in accordance with the Technical Specification and the samples of the Technical and Price Proposal for each individual item - an integral part of the Documentation. The delivery of the equipment, the subject of the positions, should be delivered to specified administrative addresses in the territory of the city of Plovdiv, after a preliminary written request submitted by the structural units of the Contracting Authority, for whose needs it will be used, until the contractor. The conditions under which the subject of the order will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the Employer and the contractor are according to the Draft Contract, the Technical Specification, the Technical and Price Proposal of the contractor for the respective position.
