Description:
The subject of the contract includes delivery, installation activities, installation, commissioning, configuration and warranty support of 38 specialized biometric stations for inspection and identification of persons and renovation of existing 33 workstations for the needs of the Directorate -General "Border Directorate Police "and the Migration Directorate.
According to Regulation (EU) No 2024/1358 of the European Parliament and the Council of May 14, 2024 to create a Eurodac system to compare the dactyloscopic Prints with a view to the effective implementation of Regulation (EU) No 2024/1351 and Regulation (EU) No 2024/1350 to establish the identity of illegally resident citizens of a third country or by a person without citizenship and for requests for comparison with Eurodac data, made by law enforcement authorities of the Member States and Europol for the purposes of law enforcement, for amendment of regulations (EU) 2018/1240 and (EU) 2019/818 of the European Parliament and of the Council and for the cancellation of Regulation (EU) No 603/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council.
