Description:
The public procurement includes delivery, installation, warranty maintenance and training of the staff for the work of medical equipment for the needs of the Department of Special Surgery at the Ministry of Finance of the Medical University and is divided into two separate positions, namely:
OP No. 1 "Modern intraoperative ultrasound echographic apparatus withSpecialized focus in mini-invasive procedures "
OP No. 2" Modern TCPO2 apparatus with a specialized focus for minimum invasive measurement of the tissue partial pressure of oxygen "
on the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and in connection with Art. 7 of the PPPOP, the contracting authority will assign the executionof the supplies under OP No. 2 in the order of its individual value by direct award - Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The separation of this lot was carried out in the presence of the required conditions, in accordance with the provision of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority will provide information about this partfrom the order after its award of the electronic file of this order in the buyer's profile.
The total estimated value of the order is BGN 573 520 excluding VAT. After removing the value of OP No. 2, the residual value of the order is 564 520 BGN without VAT.
