Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the supply of specific medical devices and consumables for the Clinic of Orthopedics and Traumatology at St. Anna UMBAL - Sofia JSC upon prior written request, according to the specification attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure. The term of execution of the order is 24 (twenty-four) months from its award, with periodic deliveries depending on the needs of the Employer. The delivery term is at the offer of the participant in hours, but not longer than 24 hours from receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority.
The procedure covers 41 separate positions. Offers can be submitted:
- for the whole procedure
- for one or more specific positions
The participant submits only one offer, according to the conditions specified in the participation documentation. The offered medical devices and consumables should meet the parameters set in the specification prepared by the Contracting Authority.
Each participant should attach the following documents to their technical proposal, which are an integral part of it:
1. Catalog from the manufacturer of the offered medical devices - the specific model /catalog number/ must be indicated, from which it can be seen the compliance of the offered medical devices and consumables with the requirements of the Contracting Authority laid down in the technical specification.
2. Authorization letter, valid on the date of submission of the offer, from the manufacturing company or its representative or authorized person, issued in the name of participant...
