• Description:
• The public order includes the supply of various types of medical devices/consumables, according to the types and quantities specified in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, an integral part of this procurement documentation. Order code, according to General glossary: ​​33140000 - Medical consumables. The contracting authority divides the order into 4 (four) separate items. Separate items No. 1÷3 are described in detail in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, an integral part of this documentation for assignment. The separate positions contain independent nomenclatures. Presentation of variants in the offer is not allowed. The term of execution of the public procurement is 24 months, counted from the date of signing the contract. According to Art. 21, para. 6 of ZOP, the Contracting Authority has the right to assign individual items in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective individual item does not exceed BGN 156,464.00 (EUR 79,998.77, value after currency conversion) For supplies and services and the total estimated value of the individual items awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the order. In these cases, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is awarded according to the order applicable to the total estimated value of the entire order.
