Description:
1. Subject of the order
The subject of award with this order is "Delivery of stationery", with the following lots:
Lot 1 with the subject: "Delivery of stationery for the needs of the Customs Agency";
Lot 2 with subject: "Delivery of different types Office paper, including endless printer paper, cardboard and more for the needs of the Customs Agency.
21, para. 2 and 3 of the Public Procurement Act at the date of its opening and, in compliance with the rules of Art. 21, Al. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 27 of the PPPOP is BGN 675,000.00 (six hundred seventy -five thousand) BGN without VAT charged.
The estimated values of the individual lots are as follows:
Lot № 1 - BGN 650 000,00 excluding VAT;
Lot № 2 - 25 000,00 BGN without VAT;
In the present The contracting authority takes advantage of the possibility provided by Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and will assign a separate position No. 2 in the order valid for its individual estimated value, namely by direct award. The estimated position of the position does not exceed BGN 156 464 and does not exceed 20 a hundred of the total estimated value of the order.
In view of the foregoing, the present procedure will be entrusted with the supplies subject to the lot 1, whose total estimated value is BGN 650,000.00 (six hundred and fifty thousand) BGN excluding VAT.
