- The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of stationery and consumables from the list of goods and services under Art. 12, para. 1 item 1 of the PPA for the needs of the Road Infrastructure Agency, described in Annex No A to the documentation.
The contracting authority pays the actually stated and delivered quantity of stationery and consumables from the list of goods and services under Art. 12 para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, in this connection reserves the right not to declare the execution of all the types of articles specified in the technical specification.
Aim of public procurement is an agency "Road Infrastructure" to choose a contractor to conclude a contract for the delivery of stationery and consumables from the list of goods and services under Art. 12 para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act.
