Description:
The object of this order is "DELIVERY" within the meaning of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the PPA, delivery of office materials, equipment and accessories included in the list of goods and services under Article 12, Paragraph 1, item 1 of the Law on Public Procurement, which are requested according to the needs of the Contracting Authorityand specified in the Technical Specification by type and quantity, the same are estimated, and the Employer may also request office materials other than those specified in the Technical Specification. The contracting authority has no obligation to fully utilize the specified financial resource and the specified types of items, as welland may request additional ones within the total value of the concluded contract.
