Lot 1 "Delivery of stationery", Lot 2 "Printing and Delivery

For the purposes of this order
Procedure on the grounds of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the following lots:
Lot 1 - "Delivery of Station Material" - In the range of Lot 1 is included
office Materials to ensure the administrative activity of the national insurance
Institute, by delivering supplies of factory new stationery, according to Annex 1 -
"A list of stationery by types, characteristics and estimated quantities to technical
specifications of Public contract with the subject: "Delivery of stationery"
Lot 2 - "Print and Delivery of Forms" - in the range of Lot 2 is included
Printing and delivery of different types of forms detailed by titles and quantities in an application
# 1 to the technical Specifications. Delivery of the forms is carried out to the NSSI and TP addresses of the NSSI,
described in Annex 2 to the technical specifications;
Lot 3 - "Delivery of Postal Envelopes".
