Description:
The implementation of each of the specified items will be carried out according to written requests submitted by the Contracting Authority. The delivery should be carried out by the Contractor within 5 (five) working days, counting from the receipt of a specific request by the Contractor via electronic mail, with specifically indicated products (articles) by type and quantity from the nomenclature specified in the Technical Specification. Delivery is made on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. In case the deadline expires on a non-working day, the delivery is made performed on the first working day following the non-working day. The estimated value of the contract for each of the individual items has an indicative nature and does not bind the Contracting Authority. Only the written request sent to the Contractor for delivery, in terms of type of items, quantity and value. Time limit for implementation of allocated position #1: from 07.05.2026 to 31.12.2027 or until the maximum estimated value of the allocated position is reached, depending on which of the two events occurred earlier; Time limit for the implementation of a designated position #2: from 29.04.2026 to 31.12.2027 or until the maximum estimated value of the designated position is reached, depending on which of the two events occurs earlier; Deadline for execution of a designated position #3: from 14.05.2026 to 31.12.2027 or until the maximum estimated value of the designated position is reached, depending on which of the two events occurs earlier.
