- The subject of the public procurement is the supply of office materials for "St. Anna" UMBAL - Sofia JSC upon prior request, according to the specification attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure. The deadline for the execution of the order is 24 /twenty-four/ months from the signing of the contract under pperiodic deliveries depending on the needs of the Employer. The delivery term is at the proposal of the participant in calendar days, but not longer than 3 calendar days from receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority. The procedure covers 7 separate items, which include sub-items. Offers can be submitted:

- for one or more specific items.
Participation for a specific item is complex, and the participants should cover all the sub-items contained in this specific item. Participants who do not cover all subheadings in a given separate pposition are removed from participation for this specific position.
