Delivery of stationery, toners and supplies for computers at the University Hospital "Alexandrovska" EAD
The order is divided into 4 / four / separate Item.Nooming Order includes periodic delivery at the request of the contracting authority of stationery and office accessories. The quantities specified with Estimated and the contracting authority is not bound by their full absorption, and if necessary the quantities above the estimates, as well as items by type and quantity, beyond the specification in the technical specification can be stated.
The stationery materials/items are delivered to the University Hospital "Alexandrovska" EAD with the transport of the supplier, the price of transport is included in the unit price of the goods.
80, para. 1 of the Rules for Implementation of the Law For public procurement (PPPOP), a lot 2 is reserved for the participation of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, which meet the conditions under Art. 12, para. 5 and para. 6 PPA. In determining the resource under Art. 6, 1 PPA shall be taken into account the provisions of Art. 80, Al. 3 and para. 4 PPPOP.
