Description:
On the grounds of Art. 12 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) the public procurement is reserved for the award of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities. The delivery of stationery materials for the fulfillment of the official duties of the employees of the SDVR and the legal powers of The Directorate includes: Cardboard Case Case of Knigovinil - 30,000; Cardboard folder with machine- 30,000 pieces; Document closet, A4 Back Width 7.5 cm - 500 pieces; Document Classman, A4 Back Width 5 cm - 200 pieces; Clamers small 30 mm - 5000 boxes; Clamers Golemi 50 mm - 100 Boxes.
The real quantities of the delivery of the stationery may be more or less than the ones indicated and will be determined according to consumption of the contracting authority to reach the estimated value of the contract. Incidentally and, if necessary, the contracting authority may request delivery of Goods outside the above -mentioned scope of the public procurement (stationery, included in the list of goods under Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 from The Public Procurement Act (Public Procurement Act), determined by Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria).
