- On the basis of Art. 12 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), the public procurement is reserved for awarding specialized enterprises or cooperatives to people with disabilities. The delivery of office materials for the performance of the official duties of the employees of the SDVR and the legal powers of The Directorate includes: Folder of cardboard made of book-vinyl - 30,000 pieces; cardboard folder with typewriter - 30,000 pieces; document folder, A4 format, back width 7.5 cm - 500 pieces; document folder, A4 format, spine width 5 cm - 200 pieces; paper clips small 30 mm - 5000 boxes; paper clips sizes 50 mm - 100 boxes.
The specified quantities are estimated, determined on the basis of previous consumption by the Contracting Authority and an analysis of possible future needs. Actual quantities of stationery requested for delivery may be less or more than stated and will be determined according to consumption of the Employer until the estimated value of the order is reached. Incidentally and if necessary, the Contracting Authority may request the delivery of goods outside the above-mentioned scope of the public procurement (office materials included in the List of goods under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Law on Public Procurement (PPA), determined by Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria).
