- The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery of various types of medical devices - surgical instruments. The order is divided into 2 (two) separate items - Separate item #1 Instruments for the Abdominal Surgery Clinic and Separate item #2 Instruments for maxillofacial surgery. Othe individual items contain nomenclature units, which are detailed in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, an integral part of this procurement documentation. The contracting authority sets a requirement for the complexity of the offer. The term of execution of the public order is up to 60/six dayseight/ days, counted from the date of request by the Contracting Authority. Payment is made in 12 equal monthly installments of the total contract value, with the first installment due after delivery.
