The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of a system for physiological assessment of the coronary microcirculation in the catheterization laboratory (called in the present documentation short equipment) for the needs of scientific research group 3.1.17 in the implementation of the project "Vascular aging. Molecular-biological, genetic and clinical-instrumental phenotyping - prerequisite for early assessment of the risk of disease development and personalized treatment", as part of the project BG-RRP-2.004-0004-C01: "Strategic research and innovation program for the development of the Medical University - Sofia", financed by the NPVU. Estimated value and minimum technical requirements are described in detail in the Technical Specification attached to the documentation.
1. The system should allow full and automatic physiological assessment and measurement of the following parameters:
1.1FFR (Fractional Blood Flow Reserve)
1.2RFR (FFR outside hyperemic conditions)
1.3IMR (Index of Microcirculatory Resistance)
1.4CFR (Coronary Blood Flow Reserve)
1.5 PPG measurement option (Measurement of gradient values along the course of the coronary arteries)
1.6Pa, Pd, FFR, Pd/Pa, RFR, RRR, absolute flow, absolute resistance, dP/dt and intravascular temperature.
1.7IMR microvascular resistance index
1.8CFR - reserve of coronary blood flow
