Description:
The subject of this public procurement includes periodic deliveries of periodic deliveries of test sections, reagents and consumables to the Laboratory of Transfusion Hematology, distributed in groups and nomenclatures, detailed in the attached technical specification.
The deadline for execution of the order is 24 months from the date of entry into force of the procurement contract.
The quantities specified in the technical specification Test sections and reagents are indicative and the contracting authority is not obliged to buy them in full. Delivery implementation is determined by factual Needs of therapeutic and surgical activities and the patients serviced.
The contracting authority is entitled in view of the factual needs of the healing and operational activities to unilaterally change the estimates of the individual nomenclatures within the agreed value.
In the estimated value of The order includes the value for the renewal of the contracts and the value of the option for the award of supplementary deliveries specified in the documentation for participation.
