• The subject of the public procurement is supplies through periodic requests from the Contracting Authority of medicinal products included in Appendix 2 of the PDS /Positive drug list/ and outside Appendix 2 of the PDS. In the Technical Specification, in Excel format are specified name, technical characteristics, measurement units and estimated quantities for each drug. The current public procurement is divided into 24 /twenty-four/ separate positions, as follows: From Separate position 1 to Separate position 22 are medicinal products, included in Appendix 2 of the PDS. Specific item 23 and Specific item 24 are medicinal products outside of Annex 2 of the SPC.
