• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is deliveries through periodic requests from the Contracting Authority of medical devices for the needs of "SBALOZ Dr. Marko Antonov Markov - Varna" EOOD. The order includes a total of 16 (sixteen) separate positions, which will be awarded in the order of Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, b. "b" of the PPA, as in the Technical Specification /Appendix 1/, the maximum estimated value and approximate estimated quantities in a unit of measure for each individual item close to what is actually purchased by the Contracting Authority are indicated. The specified estimated quantity is for 24 (twenty-four) months, calculated on the basis of annual consumption from the previous year for each individual item, and the contracting authority is not obliged to request for delivery the entire quantity indicated in the specification of the public order, but has the right to request quantities according to its actual needs. Periodicity of requests - weekly, the contracting authority makes a request for the quantities he needs for each single item, depending on his specific needs based on the admitted patients, if necessary, the contracting authority makes separate (supplementary) requests. Deadline for delivery of requested medical devices - up to 3 /three/ calendar days after receipt of request. The request is submitted at the choice of the contracting authority, telephone or by e-mail. Acceptance and accounting of deliveries - the date of delivery is considered the date on which the goods were received by the contracting party at the place of performance, according to the acceptance-handover protocol.
