- The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery by purchase of 1 new specialized chain tractor-bulldozer, factory new, unused, with a production date no earlier than 01.01.2023. The subject of the order also includes provision of warranty (service) delivery servicethe chain tractor - bulldozer. The participant must be a manufacturer or official representative or importer of a manufacturer of the offered brand of bulldozer for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria with rights to sell, guarantee maintenance and service in the territory of the country. On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of ZOP Vthe bidder foresees that the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants shall be carried out before the preliminary selection. The chairman of the committee decrypts the offers submitted through the platform and opens the price offers together with the documents under Art. 39, para. 2 and para. 3, item 1 ofЗОП.
