- The subject of the order is: "Delivery by purchase of a new passenger bus 19/18 1/ seats for the needs of TP DLS "Borovo". The purchase of a new passenger bus for the needs of TP DLS "Borovo" is due to the need to transport employees and workers from the settlements to the workplace,as well as their transportation to forestry and hunting sites. The type, technical data and characteristics of the bus to be delivered by the Contractor are detailed in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority (Appendix No. 1) and in the Technical Proposal of the Contractor (Appendix No.4), representing an integral part of this Agreement.
The contractor undertakes to provide warranty (service) service of the delivered bus within the warranty period. The materials, consumables, activities and conditions of service are described in the Technical Proposalof the Contractor and should comply with the Technical Specifications of the Contracting Authority.
