Description:
The current open procedure for awarding a public contract is conducted in accordance with Article 73, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement (ZOP) in connection with Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 1 and Article 20, Paragraph 1 , item 1 b. "b" from ZOP. The Director of TP DLS "Borovo" is authorized in his capacity as the Contracting Authority to announce and conductthe procedure with Authorization Order No. З-01-523/12.12.2022. of the Director of the South Central State Enterprise - the city of Smolyan /YUCDP/ and Decision RD49-526/08.12.2022. of the Minister of Agriculture.

The participant should be a producer or official representative or importer of the producerof the offered brand of tractors and attachments on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or an authorized dealer /distributor/ from an official representative or importer with sales, warranty maintenance and service rights on the territory of the country.
