Description: The present public procurement is awarded through an open procedure in accordance with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 and Art. 20, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and in accordance with Order No. 3-01-6/06.01.2022. of the Director of the UCDP Smolyan.
For the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the subject of this public procurement is "Delivery", and the secondary site is the provision of services within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The present public procurement falls within the hypothesis of mixed public procurement, in accordance with Art. 11, para. 1 and para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, including more than one site - supplies or services, but shall be assigned as delivery, in accordance with the legislator in Art. 11, para. 2 of the PPA.
