The subject of this public procurement is "Delivery of goods" within the meaning of Article 3, paragraph 1, item 2 from PPA. The secondary object is "Provision of services" within the meaning of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3. The public procurement falls within the hypothesis of mixed public procurement, in accordance with the chief 11, paragraph 1 and para 2 of the Public Procurement Act, including more than one site - services and supplies, but is awarded as a delivery, in accordance with the provision of Art. 11, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
The subject of the public procurement is "Delivery through the purchase of tires for agricultural machinery, for vehicles, as well as for machines for performing excavation and incorporeals, construction machines and equipment for the needs of the Pazardzhik DG, for a period of 24 months, in lots of positions "as follows:
Lot # 1 - "Delivery of tires for motorcycles, cars and vans (including installation, disassembly, bonding, tire balance, rim straightening, etc.);
Lot 2 - "Delivery of tires for agricultural machinery, trucks, dump trucks, machines for performing excavation and technical works, construction machines and equipment (including installation, dismantling, gluing, tire balance, rim straightening, etc.);
