Description:
The object of the public procurement is "Delivery under the terms of a financial lease of new cars for the needs of "ViK" EOOD - Plovdiv, by separate positions". The positions are: 1) Light trucks - a total of 4 (four) units, including 3 units with technical parameters specified in Table 1.1 and 1 unit with technical parameters specified in Table 1.2; 2) Light-duty electric vehicle - 1 (one) number; 3) Passenger cars - 5 (five) pieces; 4) Electric passenger car - 1 piece. The order is opened for the delivery of new cars under the terms of a financial lease for the needs of an operating company operating on the territory of the administrative district of Plovdiv. The contracting authority has the right within a period of up to 12 (twelve) months to request and purchase the described cars under the conditions and with the technical characteristics of the present procedure. Separate items 2 and 4 are found in connection with the requirement of Art. 47, para. 5 of the ZOP, Ordinance No. H-21 of 19.12.2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles and Resolution No. 356 of the Council of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.12.2023. Deliveries under each specific item will be made upon prior request by the Contracting Authority, in which the number and type of requested cars will be indicated, ex-officio Autopark of the Company - Plovdiv 4006, 250 Sixth September Blvd. Delivery term after request by the Contracting Authority - according to the proposal of the selected Contractor, but not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days.
