- The subject of the order is: "Delivery of valve outlets", ref. No. PPD 25-168. The object of the public procurement is "delivery of goods carried out by purchase" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and has as its subject delivery and purchase of valve taps, according to the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority. The subject of the order is not divided into separate items and includes estimated quantities for the term of the contract of 36 (thirty-six) months, as follows: 1. Valve outlet metal-oxide type without spark arresters, 10 kV, 10 kA, class SL / ZnO valve tap, 10 kV/10 kA/class SL - 100 pcs.; 2. Valve outlet metal-oxide type without spark arresters, 20 kV, 10 kA, class DH / Valve outlet ZnO, 20 kV/10 kA/class DH - 400 No.; 3. Valve outlet metal-oxide type without spark arrestors, 20 kV, 10 kA, class SL / Valve outlet ZnO, 20 kV/10 kA/class SL - 1,000 pcs. Participants must offer all types of goods from the subject of the order. Based on the estimated quantities it will be determined the maximum value of the specific contract. Award criteria: The criterion for awarding the contract when determining the most economically advantageous offer is "lowest price". First place goes to the participant who offered the lowest total value. Terms and place of delivery: The goods subject to the order will be transported (delivered) by the contractor, at his expense, under his responsibility and with his technical means (resources).
