- The order includes the delivery of various types of consumables and reagents for expert research, for the duration of the contract (3 years), in 7 separate items.
On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Civil Code in connection with Art. 7 of the PPZOP, the contracting authority assigns the execution of separate items from No. 4 to No. 7 (totaling 2BGN 7,480.90 without VAT) in the order provided for the individual value of each one of them - by direct assignment in accordance with Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code. The separation of these separate positions was carried out in the presence of the required conditions, according to the provision of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Civil Code, namely: pthe estimated value of each of them does not exceed BGN 156,464 without VAT, and their total value (BGN 27,480.90 without VAT) does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the order.
