- The object of this public procurement is "delivery of goods, carried out by purchase, as well as all necessary preliminary activities for the use of the goods, such as installation, assembly work and testing of the devices" in the sense of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Code.
The subject of this public order includes delivery, installation, commissioning of water consumption measuring devices.
The present public procurement is awarded in connection with 35 (thirty-five) submitted applications for support, by "Irrigation Systems" EAD under intervention "II.G.5 - investments in irrigation infrastructure" from the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2023-2027 (SPRZSR 2023-2027).
The public procurement is divided into 4 (four) separate items, as follows:
Separate item No. 1 - Ultrasonic flowmeters for measurement in pressure flows (pressure pipelines) in the presence of a constant electrical supply
Separate item No. 2 - Ultrasonic flowmeters for operational measurement under pressurized hydraulic conditions at points without permanent electrical supply
Separate position No. 3 - Ultrasonic flowmeters for non-contact measurement in pressure-free flows (open channels)
Separate item No. 4 - Ultrasonic flowmeters for measurement in non-pressurized flows (open channels) by means of a submerged combined level and velocity sensor.
