• Description:
• The supply of weapons systems for the needs of the Defense Ministry falls within the scope of Art. 148, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP, as the products are included in list ML1 of the List of products related to defense, adopted on the basis of art. 2, para. 1 of the Law on the Export Control of Defense-Related Products and Articles and dual-use technologies. The subject of the public procurement includes, requires and contains classified information in relation to the List of categories of information subject to classification as a state secret - Appendix No. 1 to Article 25 of the Law on the Protection of Classified Information.
  The subject of the order includes a one-time supply of weapon systems for specific items specified in the Technical Specifications as follows:
  Separate item No. 1: "Delivery of weapon systems according to Technical Specification Reg. No. RB202102-001-04/01-114/30.05.25";
  Item No. 2: "Delivery of weapon systems according to Technical Specification reg. No. RB202102-001-04/01-115/30.05.25. ".
  The specific quantities and characteristics of the weapon systems will be specified in the invitation to submit initial offers in the second stage of the procedure after the pre-selection of the candidates, an integral part of which will be the Technical Specifications for the designated positions with the qualification level "Confidential".
