• Given the fact that the supplies under this public procurement fall under the List of goods and services under Art. 12, para. 1 of the ZOP, the contracting authority finds the public procurement as reserved on the basis of Art. 12 of the ZOP for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities or for business entities whose main goal is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or people in a disadvantaged position. The contractor makes the delivery according to types, characteristics and prices, respectively according to The technical specification, its technical and price proposal, upon prior request from a representative of the Contracting Authority.
