The subject of the public procurement is "Delivery of work protective clothing, equipment and personal protective equipment for the needs of the DF "Plovdiv - 112" under the Municipality of Plovdiv, in four separate items"
Dedicated item No. 1: Delivery of protective work clothing for the needs of the DF "Plovdiv - 112" at Plovdi Municipalityc
Special item #2: Delivery of work clothes for the needs of the Plovdiv - 112 DF under the Municipality of Plovdiv
Special item #3: Delivery of women's protective shoes for the needs of the "Plovdiv - 112" DF under the Plovdiv Municipality
Special item no. 4: Delivery of equipment and personal protective equipment for the needs of the DF"Plovdiv - 112" at the Municipality of Plovdiv.
The subject of the order covers the supply of work clothing ("goods"), equipment and personal protective equipment in accordance with the Technical Specification and the samples of the Technical and Price Proposal, which are an integral part of this Todocumentation.
*Through this procedure, the Contracting Authority will award the public procurement only in the part under Separate Item No. 1 and Separate Item No. 2.
On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, the Contracting Authority will assign Separate items No. 3 and No. 4 in the order valid for their individual estimated value, atmeeting the conditions that the value of the positions does not exceed the maximum threshold for deliveries under Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, as well as that their estimated value does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the order.
