Description:
The execution of the contract includes activities for the production and delivery of workwear that meets the requirements of the contracting authority, detailed in the technical specification - Annex No. 1 to this documentation. The present public procurement is reserved within the meaning of Article 12 of the Public Procurement Act and is intended for the assignment of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities or for economic entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of disabled people or disadvantaged people, since its subject includes goods and services from the list of goods and Services in accordance with the General Terminological Dictionary, adopted with RSHS № 591/18.07.2016.
Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the PPA through an open procedure.
To participate in the procedure of offers can submit:
Specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities within the meaning of Art. At least 30 % of their listing is from disabled people or disadvantaged. In these cases, persons must be registered as Specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities at least three years before the date of opening of this procurement procedure.
