Description: The subject of this public procurement is "Delivery of work clothing, in lots":
- Lot # 1: "Workwear with high visibility signal elements";
- Lot # 2: Work Gloves.
The complete description of the various items and the requirements for their production, as well as the distribution and numbering of the articles are specified in the technical specification for the lot 1 and the technical specification for the lot No. 2, Annex No. 1 to the public procurement documentation.
Pursuant to Article 104, Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with Article 61 of the PPPOP, the assessment of the technical and price proposals of the participants in this award procedure will be carried out before consideration of the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. The chairman of the commission will decrypt tenders submitted through the platform and open the price proposals together with the documents under Article 39, Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 3, Item 1 of the PDOP.
