• The subject of the public procurement is a service for "Design and author's supervision for the construction of the "National General Hospital for Active Treatment of Children". The design service includes the following phases: conceptual, technical and working design. The concept project includes the following parts: Architectural - situational solution, distribution of floors, facades; sections, explanatory note, color 3D renderings of the building; Interior and furniture - conceptual functional and compositional solution with arrangement of the elements of the interior for all main and typical rooms, explanatory note, color 3D visualizations; Medical technology and medical gases; Radiation protection; Constructive; Electric; Water supply and sewerage (distributions with verticals and main horizontal routes); Heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC); Geodetic; Fire safety; Road and traffic organization and safety; Park planning and landscaping; Accounting documentation; The contractor should prepare: alternatives to the volumetric plan and a functional-technological solution with the aim of optimizing the investment choice in the earliest possible conceptual design phase; also a showcase album.
