- In the scope of general order, the following activities will be performed: Activity I-Design - preparation of an investment project in the "Working project" phase; Activity II-Performance of construction and installation works (SMR), incl. testing and training; Activity ІІІ-Exercise of author's supervision and preparation of the executive documentmentation. On the basis of Article 114 of the Civil Procedure Code, the performance of the contract begins after confirmation by the Contracting Authority of secured financing and presentation by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee. In case of non-presentation of the performance guarantee within the period specified by the Contracting Authority, which cannot be shorter than 14-day, in the absence of objective reasons, the Employer terminates the contract with a written notification without notice. The term for presenting the guarantee starts from the date following the date of receipt of the confirmation of secured financing from the Contractor. After presenting the guaranteefor execution by Ex., Vzl. performs a warranty check, according to the terms of the contract.
