Description:
The public procurement includes the design and delivery of advertising and information materials under the Strategic Project FloodGuard 2 "Increasing the capacity for prevention and response in the case of floods and subsequent disasters and emergencies in the cross-border region", funded under the Interreg VI-A program Greece-Bulgaria 2021-2027
In view of the fact that the intended advertising materials subject to manufacture are included in the list of goods and services according to the general Terminological Dictionary, which are intended for the assignment of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities or for economic entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of disabilities or disadvantaged people (the list of goods and services under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act), determined by decision No. 591/18.07.2016 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria, pursuant to Art. 80, para. 1 of the PPPOP, the present public procurement is reserved for the participation of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities.
