- It is planned to develop investment projects in the "working project" phase and carry out author's supervision for the implementation of construction works for "Sustainable renovation of the building of the Sports Hall "Orlovets", Gabrovo". The category of the building is second, letter "e", according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 2, letter "e" of ZUT. The activity also envisages carrying out a survey of synanthropic species. The investment design should be developed taking into account the conclusions and recommendations indicated in the Energy Survey efficiency of the building and Survey to establish the technical characteristics and the Technical Passport of the building, object of the investment. The general characteristics of the object include: Number of floors - one underground and five above-ground (incl. under-roof part with technical premises); Areas established during the survey: Built-up area - 3,734 sq. m; Expanded built-up area - 10,412 sq. m; Volumes: Total built-up volume - 91,000 cubic meters; Height - 19.31 m. The project development should include the following parts: Architecture; Constructive; HVAC; Electric; Water supply and sewerage; Energy efficiency; Technological; Geodesy (if necessary); Fire safety; Construction waste management plan; Health and Safety Plan; Counted documentation.
