Description: The following activities include within the scope of the public procurement: preparation of a technical investment project according to the design job; Implementation of the works provided in the investment project and the exercise of author's supervision during construction. The design is one-phase and includes the development type (strengthening) of a retaining wall in UPI I, square 1 on the Plan of Primorski Park, Burgas. The execution of construction and assembly works shall be carried out on an approved technical investment project drawn up within the scope of the public contract, subject to existing legislation. The execution of the construction works shall be carried out in accordance with Part 3 "Construction" by a TAW and begins after the construction permit is issued by the competent authority.
