- The subject of this public procurement is: "Design, construction and copyright supervision of a site: major renovation of the building fund of Corps 2 in the ROC - Harmanli" and covers the following activities:
1. Design, which includes the development of an investment project in the working phase.
The project documentation to Includes a minimum of the following project developments:
- Part "Architectural";
- Vertical planning part;
- part "Interior and Furniture" (movable architectural furnishings and equipment);
- Part "Structural/Constructive Opinion";
- Part of "Water Supply and Sewerage" (water supply) internal and external;
- part "Electric" incl. Lighting, power, emergency, fire alarm, CCTV, WiFi connection in all rooms, photovoltaic system;
- part "KIP and A";
- Part "Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning" (HVAC);
- part "Providing an accessible environment for people with disabilities";
- Part "Plan for safety and health "(PBZ);
- Part "Construction Waste Management Plan" (PUSO);
