The subject of this public procurement is design, delivery, installation, wiring, settings, Tests, trainings and commissioning of control systems, turbine regulators, excitation systems and relay protection of generators and power transformers and systems for control of the Devin Hydroelectric High School and Teshel Hydroelectric Power Plant and includes all activities and components of the engineering activity, as follows:
- Preparation and presentation of a working project for each hydropower;
- Factory acceptance of the main elements for the Devin Hydroelectric Power Plant and the Teshel HPP - 6;
- Delivery of 2 KMPLEct Information Management System (servers) with communication devices installed in a dashboard, operator stations (work seats) with 2 monitors, with system and applied software included and the relevant licenses;
Aggregate controller with a turbine regulator control; 2 pcs. public and group controller; 4 pcs. excitation system; Equipped panel with relay protection; system equipment control; 2 pcs. relay protection for TCN; 2 sets of spare digital relay protection protection for HG and 2 sets of reserve digital relay protection for CT;
- training of 12 persons operators and 4 persons maintenance engineers for each hydropower;
- commissioning of the Devin Hydroelectric Power Plant;
- commissioning of the Teshel Hydroelectric Power Plant.
