• Description:
• The order includes the performance of the following main activities: Activity 1: Analysis of business processes and data; Activity 1 involves preparing: •Report with future state workflow diagrams and textual description of each process; •Report with analysis of the requirements, which outlines the scope of the system and is the input for the System Project; •Report with analysis of data structures, data flows and their sources; •Analysis of the data and references (analyses, reports, etc.) that will be involved in the development of the system. Activity 2: Preparation of a system project; Activity 3: Delivery of hardware and equipment; Scope of delivery: • Server equipment - 4 pcs. Rackmount servers, 3 pcs. for the city of Sofia and 1 pc. Varna; •Shared disk system - 2 pcs., 1 pc. for the city of Sofia and 1 pc. Varna; • Server cabinet - 2 pcs., 1 pc. for the city of Sofia and 1 pc. Varna; •SAN switches - 4 pcs., 2 pcs. for the city of Sofia and 2 pcs. Varna; •Backup solution for the city of Sofia; • Switches - 4 pcs., 2 pcs. for the city of Sofia and 2 pcs. Varna; • Air conditioners - 2 pcs. for the city of Sofia and 2 no. for the city of Varna; • Uninterruptible power supply - 2 pcs. for the city of Sofia and 2 pcs. for the city of Varna.
