Description: The subject of the public procurement is selection of a contractor for design, development, implementation and warranty maintenance of a software management system (hereinafter referred to as "system" or "software product") of student dormitories and canteens at the Medical University. "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov "- Varna", according to the Technical Specification (Appendix №1).
The program system for management of student dormitories and canteens aims to improve the process of accommodation and reporting of student rights and obligations, optimizing the management, control and administration of the process and information services to users related to the process. This will ensure a constant increase in the quality and satisfaction of all representatives of the target groups of the services offered.
